My little farmers

On the Friday before Easter (yes, good friday, we were bad) my group of friends from Alec's preschool went down to Irvine to visit Tanaka Farms. We had such a wonderful time going on the tour of the farm, tasting the organic veggies that came straight out of the ground and then best of all, the strawberry picking! Each of the kids got their own basket to fill and were able to eat as many strawberries as they wanted. I think my boys ate their weight in berries!! They both LOVE strawberries!

Aaron picking his berries. He was not concerned AT ALL if there was any dirt on them. He was picking them and eating them just as fast as he could!!

Alec was a bit more careful about the strawberries that he picked. He was very good about choosing just the ones that were all red and ripe.
